Poisoned heart -Step by Step in Your Nails Magazine

Bettina Bordás created lovely nails for Valentine's Day in Your Nails Magazine.

Step 1.

Prepare the Nails using 180/180 Xtreme green fi le. Sterilise with Spray Prep and apply primer to remove oils. As a last step apply Acid Free Primer (Bonder) to give stronger adhesion to the nails.

Step 2.

Apply the Crystal Nails Butterfl y nail Form and create the Russian almond shape. Make sure

that the corners fi t perfectly.

Step 3.

Extend the nail bed using Crystal Nails Cover Pink Next Acrylic Powder.

Step 4.

Create the free edge with 615 and 537 Crystal Nails Colour Acrylic Powder. Apply Slower Ultra White Acrylic Powder on the ring finger.

Step 5.

Use the Dark Pink Master Acrylic Powder around the nail bed area and the Master Clear

Crystal Acrylic Powder at the free edge to create the C curve.

Step 6.

Start fi ling. First use the 150/150 Xtreme Blue File to create the shape then change your file to 180/180 xtreme Green File to make the surface smoother. As a last step use the Sanded Acrylic Finisher 180/180.

Step 7.

To create the heart you will need One Move Paints red, white and black; Barbara Brush and some water. First use the red colour to create the heart shape then the white colour to create the wings. At the end use the black colour to fi nish your work. Wait until it is dry.

Step 8.

Apply Top Seal Light Top Shine Gel and cure for 3 minutes. Remove the sticky residue with cleanser.

Step 9.

Create white lace on the top using Mega White Film Gel. You will need 0 brush and the Mega White Gel. Create 9 circles and connect them using more white gel. Cure for 3 minutes.
